Review: L’Oreal Pure Clay – Glow Mask

Since moving back to Toronto I have been blessed with finding most new products at a normal price (UAE has prices 25-35% higher for most products). I picked this particular mask as clay masks work best for my skin type – oily and acne prone. It retails for $12.97 CAD, I got mine from Walmart although I am sure Shoppers Drug Mart also carries it.

The Claim

Immediately: Skin texture looks refined and smoother. Pores are visibly minimized. Dead skin cells, dirt and oil feel removed from skin. Use after use: Skin feels as though it can breathe better. Skin looks visibly healthier

My Thoughts

My skin feels fresh right after the mask although I don’t know about pores being visibly smaller. I do think this is a great choice for a quick pick-me-up for my skin, as recommended I leave it on my face for about 10 minutes and rinse it off in circular motion. The texture is a little bit like a scrub but its not too grainy and the grains that are there are not harsh. I use this about twice a week alternating with another mask in between.

For the price, I think it is really good although I am not sure if I will repurchase it because there are so many others I want to try. However, I will purchase another Pure Clay mask from the range to try out. Probably the blue one, it is supposed to help make your skin more radiant, who doesn’t want that! IMG_9681.jpg

Have you tried any of the L’Oréal Pure Clay masks?

With Love,

Kinza
